Judges and the American People
This

A Hawaii
Federal judge made adjustments to his ruling against President Trump's
travel ban on six majority-Muslim countries.
Now
he wants more people exempted from the travel ban.
Fox News reported on July 14 that U.S. District Judge Derrick
Watson of Hawaii wants to the definition of “immediate” family members so that
more refugees can come into the country, declaring anyone related to a person
should be excluded from the travel ban. Watson’s efforts are to undermine the
Trump Administration’s travel ban and redefine family relationships.
Immediate
family members are spouses and children. Extended family members include
grandparents, cousins, etc.
Now
the government is taking their case to the Supreme Court to overturn
Obama-appointee Watson’s ruling that would make sure terrorists posing as refugees
don't come into America.
Once
again the American people are the ones who lose thanks to some judge's
political agenda. They don't care about protecting Americans, born and unborn
alike. They don't view the Constitution the way it was interpreted by the
Founding Fathers.
Even
the Supreme Court isn't immune to this scourge. Throughout its history, the
Supreme Court has shown itself to be acting against the American people through
corrupt justices.
The
Supreme Court ruled that slavery was "constitutional" in the Dred
Scott decision and in doing so shared the same bed as the Slave State
Conspiracy. It also declared that segregation and legalized abortion were also
"constitutional,” in Plessy v.
Ferguson (1896) and Roe v. Wade
(1973) respectively.
Cases
where the Court stands up for individual Americans and private organizations
are exceptions. The Boy Scouts of America and Hobby Lobby rulings are good examples
of that.
Surely
any case opposing Roe v. Wade or
overturning it will find its way to the Supreme Court
Yes,
some judges are decent people of high integrity and genuinely act in the best
interests of right and wrong, but a lot of them have no morals.
One
man or woman doesn't speak for all Americans, or even half the country. A judge
in isolated Hawaii has no authority over or understanding about people living
in Texas or another part of the Midwest.
No
judge has authority to attack people's religious beliefs when they work to
expose the evils at Planned Parenthood or stop terrorists from coming here. Not
even Hawaii and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Judges
might hold a bench, but they have no control over the American people because
we are free to think for ourselves and are self-reliant.
We know
what's truly right and wrong. We know that unborn children are alive and that
human life begins at conception. We know we have the right to bear arms and
protect our religious beliefs. We have those rights.
