James Comey: A Case for Excommunication

In retaliation for the raids against President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen by Special Counsel Robert Mueller and the FBI, I’m presenting my case why Mueller’s buddy-buddy James Comey should be excommunicated from the Catholic Church.

Despite his many flaws, former FBI Director James Comey is a Catholic. Whether he’s a devout Catholic is another story. Comey’s roles in the Hillary Clinton email investigation and the Deep State show that he abused his power in order to undermine and attack the American people.

In his years as FBI Director, he made himself the most controversial head of the FBI since J. Edgar Hoover. Comey's downward spiral began in 2016 when he failed to investigate Hillary Clinton for using a private email server to hold classified information, including about her role in the cover-up of the 2012 terrorist attack on the U.S. Embassy in Benghazi, Libya, which killed four Americans. Any regular American who carried that same information at the very least would be investigated for treason. 

Clinton’s actions may have violated the Espionage Act, but Comey gave her a free pass. By failing to charge Clinton and insisting that no prosecutor should, Comey revealed himself to be an elitist swamp dweller of D.C. He abused his power. Worse, he drafted his exoneration of Clinton before the investigation even began. In the process, Comey made the FBI one of the most corrupt government agencies of our time. 

The Catholic Church can step up and condemn elitism in America by making an example out of Comey.  Pope Francis and the Vatican should therefore launch an investigation into Comey and push for his excommunication, condemning his actions once and for all. There is plenty of evidence to excommunicate Comey from the Catholic Church based on his active role in the Deep State.

The Catholic Church condemns secret societies, especially ones that attack Catholics and the Church. Comey's actions reveal he puts his own agenda above Church authority and the rule of law in the United States, as shown by his exoneration of Hilary Clinton even before she was even investigated. And after Trump was elected, Comey leaked classified information and lied under oath before Congress. Comey therefore reveals himself as a member of the “Deep State.”

The Deep State is a secret society consisting of anti-Trump officials who are anti-conservative and use their influence and power to attack President Trump and Americans have conservative values and beliefs. This group of elitist and unelected government officials conspires to keep their power over the United States and regular Americans. And yes, that includes American Catholics.

The released text messages between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, two controversial FBI officials at the top of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's team, shows that this "secret society" exists within the FBI and DOJ after President Trump won the 2016 Presidential Election and continues to operate in the Washington Swamp.  

Strzok and Page already show that Mueller's investigation against President Trump is nothing more than a political witch-hunt. The FBI raids against Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen on April 9 prove that.

The actions of FBI and DOJ staff—people like Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, Andrew McCabe, Robert Mueller and Comey—conspiring against Trump with open bias in the Clinton email and Russian “collusion” investigations, shows that Obama holdovers have established a corrupt Justice Department that will never hesitate to attack conservatives, including Catholics.

Mueller has lost all credibility and so any interview he has with President Trump will be subject to biased investigative work against Trump and conservatives. The only conversation Mueller should have with Trump is when the President says those famous words from “Celebrity Apprentice”: “You’re fired!”

Comey is best friends with Mueller. He established an elitist form of justice based on partisanship. He then became a sore loser when President Trump fired him as FBI director by complaining and emasculating himself. He has in fact established a double standard when it comes to the law and failed to uphold the law.

The secret society Comey gives his allegiance to is the "Deep State." He is just one elitist in Washington who seek to keep power for themselves and undermine President Donald Trump’s administration. In truth, the Deep State aims at discrediting Trump and the everyday Americans who elected him to office in the 2016 Presidential Election. From attacking the Electoral College, to labeling all conservatives and Trump supporters as a "basket of deplorables" and bigots, to Robert Mueller's corrupt and partisan witch hunt, it is clear the Deep State is an anti-American and anti-Catholic organization operating at the highest levels within the government.

The Catholic Church should excommunicate Comey because he is a member of the Deep State, a secret society that think all conservatives, including Catholics, are racists and bigots because they supported Donald Trump during the presidential campaign and his administration.

Comey is not a good Catholic. He failed to carry out the law and applied a double standard of justice that doesn’t include conservatives.

Comey has already destroyed the FBI's integrity. He won't do the same for Catholics and the Catholic Church.
