Throughout his presidency, President Trump has worked hard to protect unborn children in the United States from abortion. He signed executive orders eliminating the “Individual Mandate” and protecting religious groups from providing coverage for contraceptives, most notably the Little Sisters of the Poor, a Roman Catholic order of nuns.
President Trump has also addressed the 2018 and 2019 March For Life rallies, where hundreds of thousands of pro-lifers, both young men and women alike, gathered in Washington, D.C.
Other March For Life rallies were held across the country during the March For Life Week from January 14-18.
After
fighting with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-California) during the longest
partial government shutdown in U.S. history, President Donald Trump will
finally get to deliver his State of the Union address in front of a
Democrat-controlled Congress.
The State of the Union Address will be given by Trump on Tuesday, February 5. It was originally scheduled for Tuesday, January 29, was canceled after Pelosi refused to have Trump speak in the House Chamber – even though she sent him an invitation on January 3.
The speech, which is President Trump’s second State of the Union address, will discuss everything great about American and the accomplishments Trump has made since taking office.
A special guest star will be in attendance at this year’s State of the Union, when President Trump will address both Congress and the Senate and other government leaders.
President Trump has invited former NFL star Tim Tebow to the State of the Union Address. He will be in the Presidential booth with other guests invited by Trump.

“Tim
Tebow is an exceptional young man,” Trump said. “His life story is a great
example that unborn children have value and deserve to have their right to life
safeguarded. Every unborn child in this country deserves the chance to succeed
and to Keep America Great.”
Tebow, who won the
Heisman Trophy during his sophomore year at the University of Florida in 2007,
was honored by the President’s invitation.
“I want to thank
President Trump for inviting me to this historic event,” Tebow told reporters
at a press conference. “I see this as another chance for me to proclaim the
glory of God as Lord and Savior not just in my own life, but in everyone’s. I
look forward to using my life as an example to save unborn children from being
aborted.”
Tebow is currently
playing Minor League Baseball with the New York Mets organization.
