Yet another Democrat enters the race to challenge President Donald Trump in 2020.
California Rep. Eric Swalwell (D) becomes the latest candidate in an already crowded field of Democrats.
Swalwell has faced controversy for comments he made about using America’s nukes against law-abiding gun owners in the United States.
Now, Swalwell wants to use an Infinity Stone to do just that.
“Using the Power Stone on gun owners is my top priority,” Swalwell said in his campaign announcement. “Thanos has the Infinity Stones. They’re legit. I’m sure if I talked with him then we could find common ground in wiping out humans.”
The Power Stone allows its user to cause destruction and devastation. It was featured in the hit film “Guardians of the Galaxy.”
Swalwell said his stances on a national gun ban wouldn’t go far enough against freedom-loving Americans who want to be able to buy pistols and semiautomatic assault rifles like the AR-15.
Swalwell took a break from the campaign trail to head straight for Thanos in order to get the Power Stone.
He then exploded into a million pieces after Thanos used the Infinity Gauntlet on him.
