(Parody) Elizabeth Warren has no idea how “I want it now” ended up as her campaign song

While most everyday Americans celebrate June as another month and the month of Father’s Day, one Democrat Presidential celebrates it differently.
Sen. Elizabeth “Pocahontas” Warren took part in Gay Pride Parade events in Boston (because the LGBTQ community and their supporters label June as “Pride Month”).
Warren took this opportunity to introduce her new campaign song.
Sure enough, as Warren made her way onstage to the podium, Veruca Salt’s “I want it now” blasted from the loud speakers.
“I have no idea how this iconic song became my theme song, but the message is still relevant to us here today,” Warren told the Pride Month participants. “Veruca’s dreams are our dreams. We need everything or else we’ll never be satisfied. We must have everything in this country. Doesn’t matter if it’s right or wrong.”
Veruca Salt is the bratty British girl in the film, “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.” In the film, she ends up going down the garbage chute for being a spoiled brat.
Jesse Watters and Greg Gutfeld, cohosts on Fox News’ “The Five,” discussed Warren’s song choice.
“I personally like Liz Warren’s song choice,” Gutfeld said during “The Five” broadcast. “Veruca Salt’s ‘I want it now’ is all about socialism. It’s basically Warren’s campaign in a nutshell. In both cases, you have this Socialist brat being angry when she doesn’t get what she wants and she’s never satisfied, just like every snowflake and Democrat in this country. Plus they both want to take all our stuff and money.”
Candidates having campaign songs isn’t new. It’s how these people convey messages and their beliefs.
For example, President Donald Trump’s theme song is Lee Greenwood’s “God Bless the U.S.A.”, which plays every time before he gets onstage at a campaign rally or a MAGA rally over the last three and a half years. His song choice shows his strong pro-American stances on issues (like his “America First” policies and his “Make America Great Again” campaign slogan).
Warren’s song choice shows she’s a bad egg.
