10 TV shows that can’t be made today

 1) Prison Break

Prison tells the story of a young man trying to free his older brother from prison for a crime he didn’t commit.

Over the course of the series, the brothers face off against a shadowy organization called The Company.

The Company is a Globalist group made up of political, bureaucratic and military who control the United States and its domestic and foreign policy from behind the scenes — regardless of which political party is in power.

That sounds just like the Deep State – bureaucratic, political and military members working to undermine the American people, President Trump, his election in 2016 and his 2020 campaign.

Because of the similarities between the Deep State and the Company, “Prison Break“ can’t be made today, especially since President Trump was elected.

2) Bonanza

Bonanza tells the story of Ben Cartwright and his three sons: Adam, Hoss and Little Joe.

Ben is a self-made man with worked hard and earned a large ranch in the Nevada Territory called the Ponderosa. He faced a lot of hardships and struggles but his efforts were rewarded and he wanted to help the people around him while protecting what’s his.

He also had a lot of people who liked and respected him and a lot of people who hated him.

In other words, Ben Cartwright is a lot like President Donald Trump. They built their business and work to help their fellow

Americans.

Not only that, but President Trump and his sons Donald Jr., Eric and Barron have all been attack by President Trump’s enemies — those who hate him and condemn everything he says and does.

That’s what Bonanza can’t be made today.

3) Cops

Nuff said.

4) G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero

The title says it all.

The G.I. Joe franchise is about a group of American soldiers from all branches of the military (who are from many different backgrounds and with different personalities) fighting against a terrorist organization called Cobra.

It is as pro-American as shows come. The main characters are American soldiers fighting for the freedom of the United States and its citizens. And for that reason, it can’t be made in today’s world.

So many network TV shows in recent years attack America, especially since President Donald Trump was elected.

The original “G.I. Joe” series goes against liberals’ anti-American bias.

5) Liberty’s Kids

This educational TV show from PBS tells the story of a group of Colonial journalists who cover the events of the American Revolution.

Along the way, they meet famous figures of America’s founding and for that reason, this show can’t be made today.

The main characters meet the Founding Fathers of America, including George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Sam Adams and Benjamin Franklin. Some of them were slave owners, which made these men a product of that time.

Today’s Left views the United States as an evil country because there was slavery in the United States, even though men like Washington and Jefferson were opposed to the expansion of slavery and lived in a different time period in America’s (and the world’s) history.

Everyone in America today agrees that slavery was wrong and had to be abolished. No one is denying that. But that doesn’t mean men like Washington or Jefferson should be vilified because they were products of their time in history.

They helped create the best country in the world with the most freedom for its citizens. They knew the dangers of government because they experienced it first hand from tyrannical rulers in England. It is why they rebelled against British King George III so that they could create their own nation.

The slavery issue in America wasn’t fixed until the American Civil War from 1860-1865. That was when the United States became a more perfect Union because they abolished all slavery.

The institution of slavery was wrong, but that doesn’t mean guys like Washington or Jefferson were evil men.

These are the men who created our country so that we could live in freedom in a constitutional republic.

But anything that positively portrays the Founding Fathers who had owned slaves can’t be tolerated in today’s media and Hollywood. As a result, “Liberty’s Kids” can’t be made today.

6) Various Nature Reality Shows

These shows deserve a spot together on this list because they all have one common theme: animal rights’ groups would go crazy if they were made today.

Shows that focus on real life people going into the wild and interacting with wild animal would trigger groups like PETA that think animals are better than people.

Even if the show has environmental or conservational messages or if the show follows the adventures of wildlife experts who know what they are doing, radical groups like PETA would campaign against them.

This includes shows like “The Crocodile Hunter,” “Kratts’ Creatures,” “Big Cat Diary,” “Man vs. Wild” and “Ocean Treks with Jeff Corwin.” If the show is educational or for fun (and sometimes both), animal rights groups will take offense that people are interacting with wildlife.

PETA even condemned Google for honoring Steve Irwin (“The Crocodile Hunter”) after he died.

Do you really think groups like PETA would tolerate nature reality shows and documentaries if they were made today?

7) The DC Animated Universe

The DC Animated Universe — made up of “Batman: The Animated Series” (which later became “The New Batman Adventures”), “Superman: The Animated Series,” “Justice League,” “Justice League Unlimited” and “Batman Beyond” follows the adventures of DC Comics superheroes as they fight to save their cities and Earth from threats.

These shows have good stories, good and relatable characters and plenty of action. It is more coherent than the DC Cinematic Universe, which was obviously trying too hard to catch up to the success of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

It is sad these superhero shows can’t be made today because Hollywood is trying to shove identity politics and anti-conservative ideology into superhero shows and films.

Take The CW’s Arrowverse franchise, for example. The first two seasons of “Arrow” started out great and had good writing and action (for a CW show, that is). “Arrow” was grounded in reality and we could see those events take place in our present day. But after “Arrow” Season Two, the “Arrowverse” goes all over the place and follow the same predictable plot format.

“CW’s Supergirl” is unwatchable because it is blatant secular feminism and anti-men at its worse. The show grows more anti-conservative and anti-American as it progresses. “Supergirl” Season Four is full of anti-Trump themes, including taking jabs at President Donald Trump’s “America First.”

“CW’s Black Lightning” also portrays nearly all white people and white cops as racists and also takes jabs at President Trump’s “Make America Great Again” slogan. The showrunners even have one of the good guys kill the main bad guy who happens to be a blonde-haired white man, obviously a stand-in for our real life President.

Clearly, comic book adaptations have fallen victim to the Left’s war against America, President Trump and those who support Trump.

As a result, the DC Animated Universe can’t be made today.

8) Hogan’s Heroes

This comedy series is about Allied POWs in a Nazi Germany POW camp and their efforts to sabotage the Nazi war effort.

It takes a comedic look at World War II and makes a lot of the Nazis look like bumbling idiots.

After all, how else could the Allies have an Underground base literally underneath a Nazi POW camp without the Nazis knowing it.

9) Blue Bloods, Hawaii Five-O and other police shows

Since the George Floyd protests began, liberals and progressives have called for the cancelation of TV shows that portray police officers in a good light.

Cancel Culture has already claimed “Cops” and “Live PD,” forcing those shows’ cancelation. They are now pushing to cancel the kids’ show “Paw Patrol” because it features a German Shepherd puppy wearing a police uniform.

(I touched on this when I listed “Cops” above, in case you didn’t get the joke.)

Every show that features good cops runs the risk of being cancelled and can’t be made today because of the Left’s anti-police bias.

Shows including “Blue Bloods,” “Hawaii Five-O,” “Gunsmoke,” “Chicago P.D.” and the “NCIS” franchise all face the risk of being cancelled because they focus on good law enforcement officers who stop criminals, solve crimes and work to protect their team and their cities.

It doesn’t matter if the show leans more liberal or conservative. If a TV series portrays police officers in a positive light, it will potentially get cancelled or couldn’t be made today.

10) M*A*S*H

“M*A*S*H” is on this list not because it is “pro-war” or “anti-war,” but because of a character it features.

In the show, Corporal Max Klinger (played by Jamie Farr), a man, pretends to be a woman in order to get a Section 8 discharge from the Army in order to get out of the war. He even dresses in women’s clothes as part of his stunts to make it look like he is mentally unfit to serve in the military.

Of course, everyone around Klinger knows he’s faking it and so he doesn’t get a discharge.

Klinger’s character can’t work in today’s Hollywood because the Left is obsessed with “identity politics.” Liberals would condemn the showrunners of “M*A*S*H” as “transphobes” and make them suffer the wrath of “cancel culture.”

Nearly every new TV show has to include at least one member of the LGBTQ+ Community as part of Hollywood executives pushing “diversity” and “inclusion,” even if it takes focus away from the show’s story, plot and character development.

Bonus: “South Park”

No list of TV shows that can’t be made in today’s Hollywood can be complete without Trey Parker and Matt Stone’s “South Park.”

“South Park” has a reputation for being an offensive show. It is meant to be offensive to everyone and everything — from mocking various religions to making fun of celebrities,  demographic groups, or people of different ages or political affiliations.

As such, “woke” progressives in Hollywood and SJWs can find plenty of things to be “triggered” by.

There would be plenty of backlash against “South Park” that film studios would never give it the green light if it was originally made today and not the 1990s.
