Reflection on the Rittenhouse Trial

The Rittenhouse Trial has come to a close.

The jury ruled on Friday, November 19, that 18-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse was not guilty of murder, assault or gun charges.

After the jury finished its third day of deliberations, they found Rittenhouse not guilty on all counts against him.

Rittenhouse, a young white man, shot and killed two men and injured another during Day Three of the Kenosha Riots on August 25, 2020.

All three men Rittenhouse shot were white.

Rittenhouse was 17-years-old at the time these events took place.

Tensions are rising after Rittenhouse’s acquittal was announced, with Left-wing Black Lives Matter and AntiFa anarchists threatening during the trial that more rioting will break out if Rittenhouse wasn’t convicted.

These far-left radical extremists are the same ones who orchestrated the 2020 Summer of Rage riots throughout the United States last year, mostly in Democrat-run cities.

The jury sided with Rittenhouse’s defense of justified force in self-defense. Their “not guilty” verdict defends Rittenhouse’s constitutional right to self-defense, instead of convicting him and giving in to the mob?

The facts are the facts.

Kyle Rittenhouse is innocent. He acted in self defense when he shot and killed two AntiFa thugs and injured a third, who pointed a gun at Rittenhouse.

He went to Kenosha that night to help protect his buddy’s business and property, which had already been vandalized by rioters before.

If only more people had friends like Rittenhouse willing and able to help defend their livelihood the way Rittenhouse did.

He only used deadly force when his life was threatened by the men he shot, which happened during the third day of violent riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin following the justifiable Jacob Blake Shooting.

Countless video clips from that night show the angry mob attacking Rittenhouse throughout the evening, including a man hitting him with a skateboard and another man pointing a gun to his head.

Gaige Grosskreutz admitted under oath during the trial that he pointed a gun at Rittenhouse first before Rittenhouse shot him in the arm.

If Rittenhouse hadn’t shot Grosskreutz, he would have been killed execution-style on the ground.

It is clear from the video evidence from that evening and eyewitness testimony that Rittenhouse was innocent and acted in self-defense.

Yet just as we saw with the case of U.S. Navy SEAL Eddie Gallagher, zealot prosecutors ignored the facts and sought to ruin Rittenhouse’s life and character.

During the trial, the prosecution was accused of “grave constitutional violation” after Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger and his team attacked Rittenhouse for exercising his constitutional right to remain silent until he took the witness stand to testify in his own defense

The prosecution also withheld video evidence from the Rittenhouse defense team, where the prosecution showed a high-definition version of a video but only provided the defense with a lower quality version instead.

The prosecution’s actions resulted in the defense team calling for a mistrial on several occasions.

The scary thing about the trial is that the Rittenhouse prosecutors, especially Binger, argued that there’s no justification for self-defense. In their minds, the angry mob should have killed Rittenhouse without Rittenhouse defending himself with an AR-15 style rifle.

Binger’s case against Rittenhouse was so bad that at one point during his cross-examination of Rittenhouse, Binger blamed video games, specifically "Call of Duty," for Rittenhouse’s actions.

Yes, video games.

This is coming from a prosecutor who knows nothing about basic gun safety, as demonstrated when he held up Rittenhouse’s assault rifle and pointed it at a crowded courtroom during his closing arguments.

The fact that left-wing politicians, media pundits and activists defended the men Rittenhouse shot proves they don’t care about innocent people.

One of the men Rittenhouse killed was a convicted pedophile who raped multiple young boys.

Liberal Hollywood is no better. They used the not-guilty verdict in order to demonize Rittenhouse and portray the criminals he attacked in self-defense as saints. Oh, and they also pulled out the “white supremacist” card in attacking Rittenhouse and everyone else they hate (Trump supporters and other conservatives).

By the way, when it comes to that part about Rittenhouse crossing state lines, Kenosha is right across the border from Chicago, the area Rittenhouse is from.

That’s like someone driving from Kansas City, Kansas, to Kansas City, Missouri. You’re crossing state lines, but you aren’t traveling that far from one place to another.

Furthermore, Rittenhouse worked in Kenosha. He was part of the community and he wanted to defend his friend’s property from more damage at the hands of the left-wing mob.

The prosecution had no case.

Democrat politicians and corporate media pundits criticized and demonized Rittenhouse, using “

Whenever the left uses those terms, they are just talking about people they hate who hold different political views. “White supremacist,” “Nazi,” “Fascist” and “racist” lose all meaning when they are used to describe gun owners, President Trump and all Trump supporters and conservatives.

Joe Biden used the “not guilty” verdict to spread division in the United States, saying he was “angry and concerned” about a jury finding Rittenhouse acted in self-defense.

Biden once again is breaking a campaign promise to bring “unity” to this country.

These remarks come after Biden called Rittenhouse a “white supremacist” during the 2020 Presidential Campaign.

MSNBC Joy Reid showed her racism against white people by attacking Rittenhouse’s “white man tears.”

This is nothing new. The Establishment Media and Democrat politicians have been attacking conservatives and other Trump supporters as “racists,” “Fascists” and “white supremacists.” They use the same playbook to attack Rittenhouse because he is a white man who defended himself against left-wing thugs.

Wisconsin Democrat Governor Tony Evers bears some responsibility for the Kenosha riots because he didn’t act in order to stop them from happening. He refused Former President Donald Trump’s offer to send the National Guard in August 2020, which could have stopped BLM and AntiFa from burning down Kenosha.

Ironically, Evers called up 500 National Guard troops to Kenosha as a deterrent during the Rittenhouse trial.

If Evers had just accepted Trump’s aid, Rittenhouse would have never been in a position to protect himself from violent extremists.

People weren’t boarding up their businesses around Election Day 2020 because they thought Trump supporters were going to commit violence if Trump “lost.” They did it because they knew BLM/AntiFa would riot if Trump “won.”

Similarly, the people of Kenosha boarded up their homes and businesses because they knew that the same left-wing rioters who set fire to their city one year ago promised to do the same thing if Rittenhouse was not convicted.

Kyle Rittenhouse isn’t a murderer or “white supremacist.” He was just a kid who wanted to do the right thing and to protect himself.

He faced hurled objects, insults, kicks, punches, a skateboard, a loaded gun and dozens (and even hundreds) of rioters who wanted him dead. He had every right to use deadly force in order to protect himself.

In Rittenhouse’s case, the justice system came through for self-defense.

The Rittenhouse ruling was a victory for self-defense and innocence. It showed that the American people have a right to defend themselves, including with armed force.

It is our duty to make sure that the mob or the courts shall not infringe upon this sacred right.
