My next Supreme Court nomination
Supreme Court Justice
Brett Kavanaugh isn’t a pro-life advocate.
Kavanaugh
ruled with all of the liberal Supreme Court Justices and John Roberts on
December 10 in refusing to hear a case brought forth by Kansas and Louisiana on
whether states can stop Medicaid funding of Planned Parenthood.
Keep in mind this is
the same Brett Kavanaugh liberals and abortion activists claimed hates women
and was a rapist. The same guy whose reputation Senate Democrats tried to ruin
with false sexual assault allegations. The same guy who was the most moderate
conservative of President Trump’s potential replacements for retiring Justice
Anthony Kennedy.
Conservative
speaker Ben Shapiro wasn’t surprised that Kavanaugh became a moderate and
sided with liberals.
Regardless of
Shapiro’s opinion, Kavanaugh’s stance against pro-life legislature shows he
can’t be relied upon when it comes to cases limiting abortions in states and a
potential overturning of Roe V. Wade.
I’m not saying
Kavanaugh is a bad person. I still think he is a good man, but it’s clear he
doesn’t take his Catholic faith seriously when it comes to protecting unborn
children from being killed by abortion or that individual states like Kansas
and Louisiana should have the right to limit abortion in their own states,
which includes cutting up public funding for Planned Parenthood. Neither does
John Roberts or Joe Biden Democrats who support abortion.
It’s clear
conservatives need another conservative judge on the Supreme Court soon if we
are to stop Planned Parenthood, overturn Roe V. Wade, and bring power on
limiting abortion access back to the states.
A real conservative
judge.
One woman is a good
candidate to fill the next empty seat on the Supreme Court: Judge Amy Coney
Barrett of the U.S. 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Barrett is a strong
Catholic. I would say she is more Catholic than Brett Kavanaugh is when it
comes to abortion and protecting the rights of unborn children as human
beings.
Barrett has less
experience as a judge, but that shouldn’t discourage American conservatives and
republicans from supporting her to fill the next empty seat on the U.S. Supreme
Court. Remember, Donald Trump won the Presidency in 2016 even though he wasn’t
a political or ran for public office before.
Judge Barrett also has
experience facing Senate Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Barrett’s Catholic
faith came under attack by California Senator Dianne Feinstein when Barrett was
nominated by Trump as a 7th Circuit Court judge. The same Feinstein who leaked
the false allegations against Kavanaugh during his confirmation battle back in
September.
I already discussed
Feinstein’s radical anti-Catholic bias in an
earlier article. Feinstein believes that Catholics can’t mentally and
physically hold leadership roles and public office just because they are
Catholics. It would be interesting to see Barrett go up against these blatant
anti-Catholic Democrats again.
Barrett has continued
to gain more experience by serving as a Circuit Court judge. She was in the
running to fill Justice Anthony Kennedy’s seat, which Kavanaugh was ultimately
nominated and confirmed to, and she would make a good Supreme Court Justice.
Despite Kavanaugh’s
ruling to not hear a pro-life case, his confirmation to the Supreme Court is
still a victory for Republicans and conservatives. Democrats who opposed Kavanaugh
lost in key 2018 Midterm Elections. Senator Claire McCaskill (D-Missouri) was
replaced by conservative Senator-elect Josh Hawley (R-Missouri).
Kavanaugh’s
confirmation win was a victory for the American people. It helped contribute to
Republicans maintaining control of the U.S. Senate and expanding their Senate majority
in the 2018 Midterm Elections.
Normal Americans
showed the Democrat Party that you can’t just accuse anyone—men and women
alike—of false allegations. The presumption of “Innocent until proven guilty”
still stands, and we will continue to safeguard and protect our rights and
freedoms.
